Dear Dr. Greenberg, I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased I am with my recent LASIK Eye Surgery. Please believe me when I tell you that "pleased" is merely an understatement.

I have worn glasses all of my life. I have no recollection of what it was like to view the world without the aid of corrective lenses. Now, thanks to your LASIK procedure, I feel as if I have been visually liberated.

Your office staff should be commended for their professional demeanor, as well as for the personal touches they bring with them to their jobs. I have been a patient of yours for over 12 years and I have on many occasions recommended your services to my family, friends and co-workers.

I would be more than happy to discuss my LASIK experience with any of your patients anytime.

Dear Dr. Greenberg, I am not quite sure how to properly say thank you and have it convey all of the feelings of utter joy and happiness that I have felt since my LASIK procedure. I cannot put into words the feeling of freedom and independence that I now have as a result of LASIK. You and your staff made what I thought was going to be one of the greatest ordeals of my life a routine and relatively quick process. As you may remember, I got quite claustrophobic and anxious right before you were about to start. I was truly grateful for your calming words and thorough explanation of what was about to happen. I was truly touched by the thoughtfulness of your staff and the way they gently soothed my over-anxious mind. The teddy bear was a nice touch!

Thank you for the ability to see the sun and sky more clearly and brilliantly than I have ever been able to see them before.

Thank you for the ability to see my newborn baby daughter with my natural eyes, unencumbered by contacts or glasses. It has been a choice experiment to clearly see her, even in the middle of the night!

Thank you for believing in the miracles of technology and for investing your precious time in developing that technology for the benefit of your patients.

LASIK is, without a doubt, the best and most treasured gift I have ever received. Before the procedure my vision was 20/300 or close to it. I recently was given a vision test for my FAA pilots exam (I hold a private pilots license) and was astonished to have 20/12.5! I was ecstatic. It is UNBELIEVABLE! I am so excited...it has absolutely been a life-changing event.

So once again, thank you. I continue to recommend the procedure to everyone I know and I certainly pass on my praise to you and your staff.
